Dr. Aaron Shapiro Identity


Most people don’t think doctors need logos. That was exactly what Dr. Shapiro thought … and exactly why he wanted his own. Having your own custom logo and stationery in a field where it’s not expected gives your business a level of class. This logo was a challenge — how to come up with an icon that would represent what he does. Usually a designer resorts to abstract concepts — say, a butterfly. However, the client was adamant that he wanted a literal logo. For most logos, being literal doesn’t work. However, for this one, it worked beautifully. Note how the business card — in order to avoid being too busy — has a fold to accommodate all of his offices.
